Fonix Speech, a subsidiary of Fonix specializing in embedded speech interfaces for mobile devices, handheld electronic products, and systems and processors, will be demonstrating its automatic speech recognition (ASR) for automobiles and other text-to-speech (TTS) solutions with A.I. Corp. at the Embedded Systems Expo and Conference (ESEC) in Tokyo, June 28-30.
ESEC is one of Japan's largest electronics shows, attracting hundreds of consumer-oriented companies.

Fonix representatives will be demonstrating Fonix ASR speech technology for automobiles. The Fonix speech-recogniton-based solution works as a natural voice interface inside a car for conveniently controlling and managing systems like navigation, climate control, personal information, Internet and cell phone access.
